Direct conference interpretation

When you’re in a meeting or conference and you or someone you’re talking to is in need of interpretation, you can call and we’d either send someone over or assign someone on the phone, depending on the situational need.

Pricing

Our pricing depends on the service and some other details below

Lunz Languages rates are charged per hour based on a two-hour rate minimum. The rates vary depending on the following:

• Interpreter certification level and expertise
• Type of interpretation (simultaneous, consecutive, Escorting)
• Type of event: Live conferences, Gathering in small groups)
• Onsite-In Person, or Over-the-phone-OPI, Video Remote Interpretation,-
• Language factor: Exotic ( Lingala, Bambara, Fon… ) or commonly used idioms.
• Rush or Immediate session rates: Pre-scheduled or Unscheduled (Urgent)Session
• Number of interpreters requested in case of Onsite simultaneous Session
• Travel time and mileage are paid per IRS currently published rates
• Use of interpretation equipment and technician
• Evening: From 8PM EST or weekend (Saturday – Sunday) hours.
